Shipping

We ship nationwide in the U.S. Delivery times vary internationally by country.

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping takes 4-7 business days. Please note that standard shipping times can vary by location. Shipping times are usually 7 days.

Please check the product description to confirm whether your order is a Pre-Order or a Pre-Made item. Pre-made items ship quickly, arriving within 2 to 7 business days. For Pre-Orders, expect a production time of 2 to 4 weeks, plus an additional 2 to 5 business days for delivery.

Returns & Exchanges

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Next, contact us via email at ddreamclothing@gmail.com and provide your order number, and the reason for returning. Once we look over the email, and verify the return for your order you will receive instructions on how to return your order. 

Please follow the return instructions, Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund. Please note that exchanges are not an option. If you need a different size or item, you can place a new order after receiving the refund.

We offer a 14-day return policy. If you don't reach out to us within 14-days of receiving your order, it will not be eligible for return.
